Introduction
Agreement Between You and poko
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and poko ("Company", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the poko platform, including all games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support channels accessible through poko.vin.
By accessing or using poko you confirm that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes; (c) you are not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from participating in online gaming; and (d) you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms you must immediately cease using the platform.
poko reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact information held on their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of poko after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms are governed by applicable international online gaming standards. In the event of any dispute, poko's decision, reached after fair investigation, shall be final subject to applicable appeal procedures set out in these Terms.
Eligibility
Account Registration and Eligibility Requirements
To register a poko account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions. poko reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify that eligibility criteria are met and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account is active. poko conducts age verification as part of its KYC process. Where age verification cannot be completed, withdrawal of funds will be withheld until verification is satisfactorily concluded. Accounts found to have been opened by persons under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and any funds held therein will be handled in accordance with applicable procedures.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.
Each individual may maintain only one registered account on poko. Where multiple accounts are detected for the same individual — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — poko reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses, winnings, or transactions associated with those accounts. Intentional multi-accounting for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or circumventing limits will result in permanent account closure.
poko is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Registering on behalf of a minor or knowingly allowing a minor to access your account is a serious breach of these Terms and may have legal consequences.
Payments
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing
All financial transactions on poko are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following clauses govern how deposits and withdrawals are processed and what obligations each party holds with respect to payment transactions.
poko accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice. Deposits made via local mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your poko wallet within minutes. poko does not charge a fee on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account that is registered in the same name as your poko account. poko reserves the right to require completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Where a withdrawal is requested before KYC verification is complete, the request will be held pending verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. poko aims to process approved withdrawals promptly; processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests at the time.
All account balances, transactions, and game results are denominated in BDT. poko does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion that may occur at the level of your payment provider is outside poko's control and poko bears no responsibility for exchange rate differences or conversion fees applied by third-party financial service providers.
poko employs automated and manual monitoring to detect suspicious financial activity. Where a transaction is flagged as potentially fraudulent, involving proceeds of unlawful activity, or in breach of anti-money laundering obligations, poko reserves the right to freeze the relevant funds, suspend the associated account pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities as required by law. Players must not use poko as a vehicle for transferring, converting, or concealing unlawfully obtained funds.
Bonuses
Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms
poko offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as well as the general provisions set out in this section. Players are encouraged to read the full bonus terms before opting in to any promotion.
- All bonuses must meet the stated wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balances within your account. Real-money funds are always wagered first unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
- poko reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an account and partially played will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of crediting.
- Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or providing false information — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to expiry dates and eligible game restrictions as stated in the relevant offer. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
Conduct
Prohibited Conduct and Account Termination
poko maintains a safe and fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
Any attempt to defraud poko or other players — including collusion between players, use of bots or automated software, chip dumping in poker or live table games, or any form of coordinated manipulation of game outcomes — is prohibited. poko employs detection systems and manual review processes to identify and act on suspected fraud.
Should a technical error, software fault, or pricing error result in winnings or credits that would not otherwise have been payable, poko reserves the right to void those transactions and recover any incorrectly paid amounts from the affected account balance. Players who knowingly exploit a system error and continue to place bets after becoming aware of the error will have associated winnings voided.
poko's services are not intended for and may not be used by persons located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing poko is lawful in your jurisdiction. poko reserves the right to block access from regions where it determines that providing services would violate applicable law.
Players must treat poko staff and other players with respect. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communication directed at any poko employee, agent, or fellow player through any channel — including live chat, email, or social media — may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Legal
Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
All content on the poko platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, interface design, text, and data — is the intellectual property of poko or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the poko platform solely for your own personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of poko.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, poko's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your poko account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. poko is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages of any kind. poko does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical downtime, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
The poko name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of poko. Unauthorised use of poko's trademarks, trade names, or intellectual property in any medium — including digital, print, or social media — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The poko platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. poko does not warrant that the platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components, and players are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.
Amendments
Changes to These Terms and Governing Provisions
poko reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — poko will provide advance notice to registered players through the contact details held on their account or through a prominent platform notification. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications, or reformatting) may be made without prior notice. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is shown at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised online gaming standards and fair play principles. poko operates as a good-faith platform and will endeavour to resolve all player disputes promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated through poko's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available from our support team at [email protected].
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of poko to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and poko with respect to your use of the platform.
